Package Protection

Add Package Protection in your cart and we've got you covered if your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. It's optional: $2.99 for orders up to $984, and 5% of larger orders (up to $75).

How to file a claim: email Info@TheBoondocksOfficial.com within 5 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. Include your order number and, for damage, a few photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a refund for the affected items.

What it doesn't cover: wrong addresses entered at checkout, packages refused or returned to sender, and fit or style returns (those follow our Returns & Exchanges policy).

The Package Protection fee is non-refundable, except when your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong. This is our own delivery guarantee from The Boondocks Official, not an insurance policy.
