Pre-order Policy

Some items, like our Woodcrest Legends figures, are sold as pre-orders before they're available.

• Ship date. Each pre-order shows an expected ship date on the product page. For example, the Riley figure ships on or around Monday, October 12, 2026.
• Payment. You're charged when you place the pre-order.
• Mixed orders. If your order has pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items ship right away and the pre-order item ships when it's available, so you'll receive separate packages.
• Delays. If we can't ship by the expected date, we'll email you with a new date before it passes. You can then cancel for a full refund or keep your pre-order. If we can't give a new date, or the delay runs past 30 days from the original date, we'll cancel and refund you unless you tell us you want to wait.
• Cancelling. You can cancel any time before your pre-order ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Email Info@TheBoondocksOfficial.com with your order number.
• Mystery boxes. Mystery box items are packed at random; you can't choose the variant you receive.
