SMS Terms

The service. The Boondocks Official mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Virtual Threads INC ("we", "us"). Using the Service means you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may change or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. Where the law allows, we may also change these Mobile Terms at any time; continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

What you're agreeing to. By consenting to our SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Boondocks Official through your wireless provider at the mobile number you gave us, even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include drops, restocks, offers and cart reminders. Service messages may include order updates and other information about your orders.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You don't have to sign up to buy anything. Joining is voluntary.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for the Service, but you're responsible for any charges from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • To stop: reply STOP to any of our messages, or text STOP to (844) 697-8141. You'll get one confirmation message and no more texts unless you sign up again. If you've joined another program of ours, you opt out of that one separately.
  • For help: reply HELP to any of our messages, text HELP to (844) 697-8141, or email Info@TheBoondocksOfficial.com.
  • Number changes. We may change the number we send from and will tell you if we do. STOP or HELP sent to an old number may not reach us.
  • Your number. Give us a valid mobile number. If you get a new number, sign up again with it.
  • Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Liability. Where the law allows, we aren't liable for failed, delayed or misdirected messages, for errors in them, or for anything you do or don't do because of them.

Privacy. We won't share your SMS opt-in or consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing this Service. We may share your mobile information, including your opt-in status, with the providers that help us send messages: our messaging platform (Klaviyo), phone companies and other vendors that help deliver texts. Eligibility. You must be 18+ or have a parent's permission, and be the account holder of the mobile number.
